Answers to the questions we receive most often
Which service best meets my needs?
If you have more than 10 orders per hour, we recommend dedicated couriers. Your cost per order will be the lowest.
If you have fewer than 10 orders per hour, we recommend on-demand couriers.
If you only have occasional needs, place an order for one-time delivery.
How does the tiered pricing work?
For dedicated couriers, the hourly rate will always be the same, and the cost per order will decrease based on the number of orders you receive per hour.
For on-demand couriers, if you have more than 3.5 orders per hour, the rate will be CHF 12 per order. If you receive between 3 and 3.4 orders per hour, the rate will be CHF 15 per order. If you have fewer than 3 orders per hour, we apply a rate based on the delivery distance.
For your occasional needs, the per-kilometer rate decreases starting from the 7th kilometer.
How does the customer place an order?
Customers can place orders through various sales channels: they can visit your restaurant, call, send an email, order through your website, app, or WhatsApp, and they can also use delivery platforms (Uber Eats, Smood, Just Eat, etc.). Chaskis does not provide a platform for your customers to place orders.
How do I submit my orders to you?
When setting up your business, we will consolidate all your orders via an API in our dispatch system. You will also have access to view the orders and their status. You can also add orders manually (for example, if the customer places an order by phone).
